Hi, Welcome to our Pine Hills Cattle Co. web site,
a subsidiary of our Pine Hills Angus Farm. This site describes some of
our best Commercial Cows, most of which are used as recipients for embryo
transplants from our Ourtstanding Angus Cows.
Early in 2001, we sold our entire commercial herd, partly due to lack
of available hay (The year 2000 was one of the worst years we have had in
Alabama for growing hay) and partly in preparation for changing over our
operation completely to Registered Angus..
Our strategy now is to acquire only specially selected
commercial cows capable of providing the maternal qualities necessary to assure
correct development of our donor calves.
